Another long, uneventful day at school. Yawn. The bell rung, Toki wandered and waited for his bus. He hadn't really seen Dash or Kwan since the thing with the restaurant, except maybe fleetingly in the halls, and he supposed that was okay.
It was chilly out, the leaves on the trees having turned to rusty oranges and browns, and he pulled his hand-me-down jacket closer around frame to keep the wind from creeping in. He hoped the bus got here soon so he could just get home and do whatever he had to for Amanda and her stupid party then pass out face-down on his bed.
